The Fox & Hummingbird has always been a place where people could slow down, relax, and enjoy something a little different.

 

As time passed, I realized I wanted to create more than a traditional tea room. I wanted to create an experience.

 

I’ve always been fascinated by the Victorian era—its beauty, traditions, etiquette, fashion, and the stories behind everyday life. I wanted to create a place where those stories could be shared in a way that was welcoming, interactive, and enjoyable.

Today, The Fox & Hummingbird invites guests to explore beautifully designed Victorian settings, discover history through storytelling, and create memories with family and friends.

 

My hope is that every guest leaves having learned something new, shared a few laughs, taken beautiful photographs, and enjoyed an experience they’ll remember long after they leave.
